Nutritional Information Each tablet contains:

Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 1000 mg

Calcium (as Calcium Lactate Gluconate 1 g) 129 mg

Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate 0.327 g) 131 mg

Reference intake of an average adult (8400kJ/2000kcal)

Dosage:

Adults and children 9 years of age and older:

1 effervescent tablet once daily.

The effervescent tablet should be dissolved in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml) and taken immediately, with or without food.

Storage

Store below 30 °C.

Protect from moisture and light. Store in the original package. Keep the tube tightly closed.
